Salbei or sage herb

Happy sage herb in our kitchen. Though its pretty strong, when I experimented with it in gravies, it combined very well with tomato or cream (malai) based gravy. Also, Andy sautees it in butter and its awesome this way. Look into its use in this recipe

The selection of spices we have is quite long in our kitchen. Its a mix of South Asian and European spices. This column would serve to list them and define the characteristic, use, distinct flavor and how it could be used in different cuisines/dishes.

Now where to start with?!?! Kalonji or Cumin??
